Page Layout ⇒ Page numbering and blank pages

Hi

Please take a look at this MWE

\usepackage[ansinew]{inputenc}
\usepackage{pdfpages}

\begin{document}

%\includepdf[]{frontpage.pdf}
\tableofcontents
\clearpage
\section{First section}

\end{document}

First I include an external frontpage. Then what I wish is there to be a blank page, then the ToC with the page number "i". Then there should be a page with number "ii", and after this "\section{First section}" should come with page number 1.

Is there a smart way of doing this?
