which command can write text into the head (I am clueless ,please help me)

By "headline", do you mean the header?

If so, check out the fancyhdr package and its documentation. If you need further help, try to be a little more specific about what you want to do.

Another (more intuitive) option is the titlesec package. Refer to Section 5 Page Styles of the package documentation.
