LyX ⇒ Text messed up

Hi guys

I've been using Lyx for a while now and like it but one thing puzzles me. I repeatedly found documents messed up by fragments of text from other parts of the document and I have no idea why. Once in a while I need to re-read the whole thing just to find fragments of text I edited before scattered randomly within the document, which is very annoying. I'm quite sure that I'm not too stupid to edit text and copy&paste, I never had this problem before in any other text program. I also re-installed several Lyx and Miktex-versions.
Did anyone have this problem too?

Could you provide some screenshots (and having .lyx file for trying to reproduce the problem would be fine too)?

I can't reproduce it relaibly since I don't know what causes it. It seems to happen randomly. I would have to re-read the whole document after every single change I do.
I just had the problem again now, this time I inserted some graphics in the text and later I noticed that the first few words of a paragraph all of a sudden appeared in the middle of a word at the end of the graph...

OK, when you are able to provide a screenshot or .lyx file, please do so. For now, FYI, I never encountered any messing up of text with LyX.

EDIT: BTW, is the text messed up in LyX window only or in .pdf (or any other) output? Although I don't remember having problems with LyX, I saw some problems with text display in some other LaTeX editors (but the output was OK).

I will try to create a case where it can be reproduced but since it happens so randomly, I can't guarantee it works.
The text is wrong both in Lyx and in pdf output.

Now this is really getting annoying, the d*mn thing again ruined my text and I still can't reproduce it. Are there any special copy & paste commands in Lyx that I may be using accidentially?
I mark the text with shift + arrow keys or mouse drag, copy with Ctrl+C or Ctrl+Ins, paste Ctrl+V or Shift+Ins, cut Ctrl+Del.
