I've got a book I want to publish on blurb.com. I looked at lulu, but for hardcover they don't have a size I like.

I was wondering if anyone had figured out how to satisfy the layout requirements for blurb. It would be nice to see an example that someone had successfully published, getting the trim and bleed and margin requirements all working correctly. I'm finding it all a bit confusing trying to reconcile the blurb.com specs with the latex/memoir layout controls.

I've been using the memoir class but I'm open to other ideas. For that matter, if there are publishers other than blurb and lulu that anyone cares to recommend, that work with pdf documents from latex, I'd like to hear that too. Thanks!
