Page Layout ⇒ multiple but different copies of a document

Hi,

I'm trying to create a questionnaire to be distributed to a bunch of people. I need each copy to contain a different identification number, ie I need one copy to say "ID 1," at the top, another to say "ID 2," and so on up to "ID 20." Is there a convenient way to do this? I could obviously copy and paste the code 20 times but that seems way too complicated. Thanks!
