epstopdf problem

Hi I have problems with epstopdf.
I get error when compiling eps-images in my latex.
So I tried to do it manually but the same problem seems to occur:
epstopdf z1z2-fig14.eps
gives this error:

I'm running Ghostscript 8.71 on OS X 10.6 and I'm using TeXworks

Looks like a problem with the eps file, how did you create it and are all of your eps files made the same way?

I got them from my supervisor and he have used them before, so they work...

Attach the concerned file by uploading it to the forum server. You may need to put it into a ZIP or RAR archive.
