Hi everyone,
I am using TeXnicCenter with output profile latex->dvips->ps2pdf(ghostscript).
I tried to send the pdf output to my friend for editing. He wanted to give some comments.
Unfortunately, the comment feature was disabled.
My question is how to enable the commenting feature in pdf?
Thank you in advance.
regards,
Yuko

Re: How to enable comment for pdf output of latex->dvips->ps
To let other people include comments in a PDF, I believe you have to have a full copy of (paid for) Acrobat. Comments are one of the selling points of Acrobat, so Adobe is protective about them.

Thanks josephwright,
OK. I will try the 30-day trial of Adobe Pro first.

How to enable comment for pdf output of latex->dvips->ps2pdf
While it's true that you need to use Adobe Acrobat to enable inserting comments in Adobe reader or Acrobat itself, this doesn't prevent you from using other software to insert comments, such as PDF X-change viewer, Mendeley, or for that matter, the LaTeX pdfcomment package.

Thanks frabjous,
I have installed PDF-XChange Viewer. Very good and free.
