auto-equation-line-wrapping.
If this exists, what package should I be using???
I'm tired of \right. \\ \left. A program I'm using dumps a list of latex math lines that, if such a package existed, would display neatly. But most lines go beyond the page margins, even in landscape mode.

If this package doesn't exist, who has enough free time to make it?
Latex must use some sort of decision for when to line-wrap text in normal (nonmath) mode, hence the hyphenation. Why can't something similar exist in mathmode, using operators as the only possible points of line-wrapping?
this + is - a / long + e^{equation} - but + \frac{it}{will} be\cdot wrapped + whenever - needed.

Just putting it out there. But this post does have some seriousness, in case anyone knows of a package that would already do this for me.

I agree breqn is the answer. But the OP should remember that the reason why this haven't been available until now is that this is a very hard problem to solve. There are many rules as to where displayed math can be broken, and many rules as to how the broken material should be formatted.
