Can someone please help me? I'm trying to get a handle on using indexes with the Listings Package. The official documentation is pretty light on sample code and seems to assume I'm a LaTeX expert already - I'm not.
Some simple examples would probably answer all my questions, however I'm struggling to find any.
How do to I index all words in my listing by C++ keyword?
How do to I index all words in my listing by function name?
How do to I index all words in my listing by OpenGL keyword?
How do to I index comments (or different words) in my listing?
