General ⇒ How to change the TOC format in "cls" template?

Hi, everyone. I have a question about modify the "Table of Context" format of one LaTex cls template.

Actually, it is required to add a header "Table of Context (Continued)" for each page of the TOC. I am wondering whether there are any reference about how to do so, or any related information about how to change the "cls" template?

I already gave you an answer in your cross posting. Please dispense with such cross postings for future requests. It's not fair to the users which spend time to solve the problem and then never get a feedback because the solution has been given elsewhere. I experienced that in many cases. At least you should mention that you've done a cross posting, so the others get informed.
