I am using a laptop bought in the US, with Microsoft XP in English, with all Regional and Language Options set to English, while writing an paper in English using WinEdt, again in English, and citing scientific papers in English. In fact, I don't think I have a single configuration option not set to English.
That is why I am absolutely flabbergasted that the reference page that BiBTeX creates is in French! Is there anyway I can fix this horrible bug and get a reference page in English?

Alright, I think this is a bug related to Miktex... I had to add this line to make the reference appear in English:
\usepackage[english]{babel}
\usepackage[english]{babel}
