BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ Cite bibtex entry within the main text (not in footnote)

Hi,
Anyone knows a way to put the author, title, year and the other parts of the citation within the main text rather than in the footnote?
I need to make literature list before each chapter and it needs to be below the chapter title.
I tried with \citep but that gives only short version.

So it should look like this for example:


Chapter Name
Literature: John Doe, His Book, Oxford: OUP, 1971, Jane Roe, Her Book, Cambridge: LiT, 1988.
