Text Formatting ⇒ Font Style in \tableofcontents

Hi all ;

How do I change the regular font style in section name to bold style ? of \tableofcontents

For Example :

Code: Select all

I Preliminaries  .......Bold (Ok)
I.1 Definitions  .......Regular ( I need to change it )
I.1.1 Important Definitions ........Regular ( I don't need to change it now , but I'm curious how to change it , since may be I will need it later)

Hi,

you could use the tocloft package. In the preamble, add something like the following:

\usepackage{tocloft}
\renewcommand\cftsecfont{\bfseries}

Refer to the package documentation to learn all the features it offers to customise the Toc, Lof and LoT.
