I have a problem with using LaTeX. Whenever I want to save something or create a pdf file, a small window appears with "TeXnicCenter" at the top and a message: "Cannot execute the command." This problem makes my work impossible. Who could advise me on the cause of this, and how to remedy the situation.

This is not a help desk. It is a discussion community: it is better for solutions to be posted on the forums rather than done by email, so that everyone can benefit. You can subscribe to threads if you want to be emailed whenever a new post is made.
Did you install a LaTeX distribution, or just TeXnicCenter? If not, that's your problem. If so, which one? Which version of TeXnicCenter are you using?
