I am writing my dissertation with LaTeX / BibTeX and get along fairly well (thanks to the support from many helpful people!
). However, right now I am facing a little problem for which I can't find a solution: I am citing a second edition book, which is indicated as such in my bib file. Within the bibliography, it also says 2nd edition. However, in the text it does not. What I would like o have is "Smith 2009 (2): 123" but all I get is the regular "Smith 2009: 123". Can anybody help?
