General ⇒ Small Caps without serifs

Hi there,
I'm currently looking for a font to use sans-serif small-caps in latex. Unfortunately, the normal computer modern font does not support this option and my "googling" has produced no results, so far.

Maybe someone on this board has a good solution?

(Currently, I still flinch from using the "hacker's solution" to just set the font size a bit smaller after the first letter of each word)
