I created PDF file with LaTeX and it normally can be viewed in different viewers. But when I print it, some small elements aren't printed, like index of index and elements of fractions in the "second level". How to solve this problem?

Hi there.

If it shows correctly in a PDF viewer, then the problem is not with LaTeX. I don't even believe that it's a problem with your file, but with the printer.

You might need to check the options on your printer, and set the printout accordingly.
