Import is disabled on Windows 7

Hi,

I am new to Lyx and I have a strange issue : import option seems to be disabled on my windows 7 OS (also I have 64 bits CPU in the machine which win 7 is installed on) , but it is enabled on my win XP OS. Maybe I did mistakes during installation progress but I really do not know the cause of the problem , I will appreciate if I can get help about this . ( You can find the screenshot in attachment )

Thanks for suggestion Thorsten , before I involve Lyx makers in problem I tried to uninstall and install again and problem was sloved
