Im a physics student and apparently latex is the way to go. So I just started and its been going well so far just by using the available user manuals, but now im stuck on some syntax and I cant figure out why it doesnt work. So aside from saying hi to everyone and introducing myself, I wanted to ask if there was a section in here where people can post latex syntax which doesnt work, and a latex veteran, as I hope to become soon enough, helps with finding the problem.
Cheers,
Benjamin

Select the subforum whose category is closest to that of your question and post a complete code snippet (in the sense of a minimal working example (or, in your case, minimal non-working example)). Include a description of your problem, and we will try our best to provide help.

From a forum like this I would expect to have such a section. If you are not sure where to post your request, read the Forum Guide. Code shall be tagged as such by using the code environment (see Board Rules). You can find the according button in the button list right above the input window while posting. Best regards and welcome to the board
