General ⇒ Change bib style?

Hello, I have been working on a paper and was using plain.bib all along, but I would now like to use the American Economic Association style of aer.bib, which I have downloaded and placed in the correct folder.

So, with both files open I click run... all good. Then click to run bibtex...all good. So all is good, at this stage. Then I go to run my tex file twice more, but on the first run I get:

This is found six times on my .bbl file, which contains:
