Is there a TeX/LaTeX dictionary?
I think it would save me a lot of hair-loss...

The TeXbook, by Donald E. Knuth
For LaTeX:
The LaTeX Companion (2nd Edition), by Frank Mittelbach, Michel Goossens, Johannes Braams, and David Carlisle.
