General ⇒ pdfscreen's blue-grey border/background

Does anyone here have experience with pdfscreen?

My pdfscreen documents have a coloured background behind the content page(s). The background is a blue-grey colour. I would like to be able to change this colour to fit in with the style I am using for the document (aqua for fluid mechanics, etc.) but can't find any documentation on how to do this, or whether it is even possible.

\backgroundcolor changes the page background but has no effect behind the page.

Any ideas?
