I'm not sure what you mean, something like IDE?

Any way, check out lyx or texmaker.

It sounds like you want to typeset using LaTeX without seeing the code. Obvious candidates are Lyx or BaKoMa TeX. Or if you want some kind of rea-time preview, AUCTeX has a lot of fans.
