LyX ⇒ LyX, Windows 7, language problem, system sound error.

Hi!
I met few problems.
When I installed LyX with polish language (I mean, Lyx language is set to Polish, and writing is set to Polish, during installation) I got many errors like:

lyx menu warning: menu entery...

so decided to reinstall it, during installation I chose English, and no errors appear, I went tools>preferences> set polish to both but now, whole LyX is english (its not a problem) but when I choose "part" from left drop-down menu I got "Part 1" instead of Polish equivalent "Czesc 1".

Can you help me?
