Hi

I made a glossary, but when I make a table of contents (\tableofcontents) the glossary does not show up in the table.

I am using the glossary package.

How can I make latex write the glossary into the table of contents?

I found the answer, you have toadd the line

\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{Glossary}
after \printglossary

so it looks like this

\printglossary
\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{Glossary}

The glossary package is obsolete and superseded by glossaries [1]. The latter one offers the toc option as mentioned in its manual (Section 2.1 - Package options, p. 19ff).
