Wrapping text in Table of Contents
Am reasonably comfortable with Latex. But am lost in figuring out how to solve this. I have fairly long text in my chapter titles. While the text wraps correctly, I would like to change it in such a way that the wrapping text is indented only 0.25 inch (horizontally) from the first line. Currently, it is like the way shown in the attachment. The class file is attached for your reference.

since you are using a custom (non-standard) document class, you could try contacting its author.
