Is it possible to go to string with the number and continue compilation with this place of page?

I don´t understand your question. Try to explain in more detail, perhaps describing an example of what you want to achieve.

For example,
{go to n-th string from start of a page},
If the string is located after current position then print
<n - currentposition + 1> empty strings...But i don't know how to get currentposition..

Currentposition - string, on which current operation{during compilation} must print...

I don't think you can do what you describe. Can you tell us the broader effect you want to achieve?
