Graphics, Figures & Tables ⇒ Tables in TeX using Harvmac

Hi,

I like the macro harvmac since the text comes out very nicely. I need to make tables which look good and am not able to find a good source for doing it in TeX without leaving harvmac. I have a few examples from Physics papers but they have their limitations. Can someone tell me how to make cool tables ?
