does any one know where to ask the problems about the content and
examples in the book the latex companion, thanks.

The book was written by members of the LaTeX3 Project. You can contact the entire team by e-mailing latex-team@latex-project.org: someone will pick up any issues, I'm sure. (I should point out that I'm on the team, so I'll get any mail to that address!)
