MiKTeX and proTeXt

Hey
There I get this message everytime I try to install MikTex. Why? And what can I do about it?

And is (MikTex) the easist way to get LaTeX? Used to use TeXcenter, as the program where I write the document...

Get MiKTeX 2.8 and try again. You can also try the upcoming TeX Live 2009. At the moment it's in its pretesting phase.

I have downloaded protext 2009 now. And I have extracted the files but I do not know which one to choose. So which one should I choose?

I'm not familiar with ProTeXt but I would start with executing the Setup file.
