View pdf-file automatically

Hello,

I can't view the compiled pdf-file automatically by pushing the "view pdf" button. I am using Texmaker 1.9.2 . Any suggestions as to how I can get this function to work?

I' not familiar with TeXmaker. So I would assume that
  • The settings for calling the PDF viewer are faulty
  • No PDF file is produced at all
  • In a particular case the compiling process stopped
You should check all three points.
