New member. Dumb as a doornail...

Post by madeye »

Well not exactly dumb :D , but I consider myself a newbie in the LaTex field.
I have worked with LaTex a couple of years ago to write an article, and could at that time find all I needed to know in the documentation. However I am going into some (for me) more advanced topics now, and need help. More on that in another post in the appropriate sub-forum.

I am Using PDFLaTex on Arch Linux to do my documentation exercises.

Reading documentations is still the first step to get closer to a solution. Asking for help may be the next one.

Thanks for the welcome.

Don't worry. I have my LaTex book next to me all the time. And also the dozen of guides that I have printed.
I try to find solutions myself before asking for help, but sometimes it isn't clear how to search for the correct things. Or it needs a new pair of eyes to see what is really needed. ;)
