Viewers for PDF, PS, and DVI ⇒ download location yap binaries?

Can someone tell me where I can download the yap binaries? After hours of searching I found something on ctan, but it's a strange compression format (lzma) that I can't get unzipped. I need them badly, because the dvi viewer that comes with TeXLive sucks big time, and I already uninstalled miktex...

You can unpack a .lzma with 7-zip, though:

For some reason, that didn't work. I downloaded the additional stuff from the 7zip website, but nada.

Or, could you maybe pretty please un-lzma these files for me, and put them somewhere where I can download them? Would be great.

I wasn't sure exactly which file you had in mind, but I went ahead and used the file miktex-yap-bin-2.8.tar.lzma from CTAN.

I unpacked and then repackaged it as a .zip file, which I assume you can handle.

Looks like the windows executable for yap is a few directories down (in /texmf/miktex/bin) -- I have no clue if it works without further configuration, since I can't test it. (I don't use windows.)

Found it, and it worked. But all things considered, I think I'm moving back to MikTex; I don't like TexLive at all. It's about 10 times slower, doesn't install packages on the fly (is that normal, btw?), and many features don't work as well as they did under MikTex.
