In my latex documents I use some \input commands in the preamble (and sometimes elsewhere).
Sometimes I need to send the .tex file itself to some coauthors. In this case it would be nice to replace the \input commands with the actual content of the files they refer to so that I only have to send one file.
Is there a script that has been written to do this? Perhaps its a command line option I can't find? Thanks!

I would simply put all necessary files into an archive.
