Page Layout ⇒ fancy section and subsection headings

Hi,

Using some neat tricks Stefan Kottwitz nicely demonstrated how to get fancy chapter headings here:

Now I would like to extend the idea to making fancy section and subsection headings.

I want to make the section heading a solid bar of colour with the section heading text in white, and the same for the subsection.

Any ideas how I might do that?
