Center-Aligning Three Characters

Post by ggp »

I am trying to center-align three different pt size characters in a footer (pagination) consisting of

<symbol> page # <symbol>

The symbols (from the WebOMint font for example) are 5pt in size while the page number is 11pt in size ... hence the reason to centre-align the three characters. I have tried a number of ways, e.g., vskip, vcenter, etc ... but with no luck.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Gilles

Header and footer customization for standard classes can be done either with fancyhdr or titlesec. Other classes have built-in features.
