Hello! I 'm a new user of LaTex (at least i want to become). I use the "polutonikogreek" package for the needs of my phd.

I will try to describe my problem. When i want to quote something or citate the title of a book, i use the \it{...} or \emph{...} commands. Keep in mind that the text is all in greek. In the output the text appears in italics as expected to be, but a different font is used than the default one. I want the font to be the same despite the use of the \it or \emph commands. Does anybody have any idea on how to solve this?

Code in the sense of a minimal working example (MWE) would be much better.
