Use two tex files in an alternating sequence

Post by zynks »

Hello you all, my first post here at latex-community and I hope one of many ;)

I am trying to write a translation book and I wanted to put it in certain fashion so that in one page it would be the original language and the next page would be the translated-into language. Is it clear? Something like: left page - english language, right page - portuguese language, always with the same section of text. Do you think there is a way to perform this in latex? I was thinking of the \include command but i don't know how to alternate between languages at specified portions of text.

Thank you all for the help, take care ;)

Try one of these packages: parallel or ledpar. For parallel columns of text in the same page (instead of facing pages), you may also consider parcolumns.
