Hi

Post by tfs1 »

Hi there,
I started using Latex a couple of month ago (after everyone has been telling me to do so for ages).

I am a 3rd year sociology PhD student, who loves the great export functions of STATA and R output into Latex, and the wonderful stable documents. I use TexNic Centre and Jabref - no nightmares with Endnote anymore.

...and also I love the fact that there is always something new outthere, just today I discovered the "todolist" package, really nice: http://latexforhumans.wordpress.com/200 ... todonotes/

Thanks for all the help I already found in the forum.

Those who told you to use LaTeX presumably knew what they were talking about. And it seems that LaTeX didn't disappoint you so far.
