Right now I would find some professional LaTeX book manuscripts very inspiring, but where to find them? Are there some in your mind? There are many questions, some of which I even don't know at the moments, so it would be better to see other's work...

You can always take a look at The not so short introduction to LaTeX. You can find it here: http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/info/lshort/, just follow the link of the language you want

lshort is a great starting place.
I also find the open-content LaTeX Wikibook very useful. (It includes and integrates lshort, and 4 others, plus some recent additions.)
