Customizing font/layout of TOC
I am writing my Master's thesis using the report.cls. I need to add information to and change some fonts to the TOC. Is there an area to the report.cls file that I need to edit to achieve this?

Customizing font/layout of TOC
Hi Joe,
you could add information to the toc by the LaTeX commands \addcontentsline and \addtocontents.
There's a package you could use for customizing the toc like adjusting fonts etc, tocloft, have a look at its documentation. Alternatively you could use titletoc.
