Hanging bullets?

Wondering if hanging bullets (bullets in the margin) are possible with LaTeX and if so how to do it :)

Nice if there are some examples :)

Become familiar with the enumitem package. It lets you customize the basic list environments. Or could there be any other bullets that you want to modify?
