How do I change the default glossary name?

Post by jobdone2000 »

I'm using the glossary package and would like to change the default name. How do I do that?

Code: Select all

\usepackage[style=altlist]{glossary}

How do I change the default glossary name?

Hi,

I recommend to use the package glossaries instead, it's superseding the glossary package by the same author.
It's very well documented, so you might find the answer in its documentation. If you have questions just post again.
