LyX ⇒ Can' conver to to pdf

Hi, I've got Lyx version 1.6.2 and I download this version from http://www.lyx.org.
I'm using Windows Vista.
During installation I had the first problem: software can't download something like MikTex.
So, now i can use Lyx but i have to convert my lyx file into a pdf file but i can't do that!
I think that i have to click on the "Show pdf" button (pdflatex) but i see a error message: "No information to convert to export pdf format (pdflatex)".
What can i do?
I think I am missing a file or something like this!
Please Help me!

Download and install the Basic MiKTeX package from the MiKTeX homepage.
