Flourishes and Fancy Underlines

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know how I could create a flourish underline in latex, similar to that shown in the attached image? I might even be satisfied with something like a very large tilde as an underline. Image

Internal solutions could be to use packages like pgf/tikZ or pstricks. Both have very comprehensive manuals which show the handling.

An external solution is to take your favorite graphics program, draw the image and export it to a graphics format that is accepted by the compiler.
