Text Formatting ⇒ Lines for speakers in book styles

Hi!

Pls, help to make book formatting (book, boek3, memoir or equivalent class) to have nicely the lines for the speakers like as an example below:

News today in the media are ...
[indent]>> Our top storie tonight: Paper and small boxes wow
the world, lions fight ... >>
[indent]>> Later in the broadcast we'll also clear up why
people sway in the summer.>>
More text more text more text and so on

So how to have those quotation marks and indents?
