General ⇒ addcontentsline - not working

Hello guys,

I have following code:

\clearpage
\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{Bibliography}

\begin{thebibliography}{99}

\bibitem[XXX]{XXX} XXX.
\end{thebibliography}

I tried to add the bibliography to toc. The code above works, with exception that there is no link created. When i click biblkiography in toc, it link to first page.

I use TeXnicCenter.
