Hi
Iam a TexnicCenter newbie and have a problem producing the PDF output file.The dropdown at the top is set to
Latex=>PDF
The error message is
[DocOpen("%bm.pdf")][Fileopen("%bm.pdf")]
Cannot execute command
Iam not able to figure out what the problem might be..
I would appreciate any help in this regard...

I have similar problem; however, there is no error message, just no pdf file. Just told me pdflatex.exe: Unknown package.

Your troubles appear to be with Adobe Reader 8. If you look in the thread above this one, Using Adobe 8, there are several workarounds for this issue. Try to browse the thread above this one and there you should find out what you need to work this problem out.
