Conversion Tools ⇒ converting TeX file into XML

Hi guys,
I am looking for a tool that can covert .tex files into xml format.I have found a couple of coverters like latexml and hermes.But their installation procedure is little confusing to me.I would be glad,if any one can suggest a xml coverter with easy installation procedure.

I'm not aware of a "normal" compiling route similar to typesetting a document. But you could try a web service [1]. Perhaps this is what you are searching for.
