kapmono class

Post by fenimor_cooper »

Hello,
i've written a rather large doc in the kapmono.sty It's an old Kluwer monography style. It's all right. But \makeindex does not seem to work with it. Have got not idea why \printindex does not print the \index entries: no errors, no warning, nothing..... Any suggestion is very_very wellcome save writing in any other style than kapmono.sty, please. Thank you.

kapmono class

Since this class is a nonstandard one, the problem is not comprehensible to others since you provide it by attaching it to your next post. You also can give a link where to get this class. You also have to provide a minimal working example (MWE) that shows the problem.

Best regards
